HiKE: Hierarchical Evaluation Framework for Korean-English Code-Switching Speech Recognition

Words That Unite The World: A Unified Framework for Deciphering Central Bank Communications Globally

Introduces the World Central Banks (WCB) dataset, the largest multilingual corpus of monetary policy communications, with expert-annotated stance, temporal, and uncertainty labels. Benchmarks show cross-bank training improves classification and interpretability.
